Our Return/Exchange Policy

At Perrabetta, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't turn out as expected. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a seamless process.

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to perrabetta@gmail.com with the following details - Order Number, Email Address or Mobile Number, Reason for Return or Exchange (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, size issue, etc). Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
• Please note that there is a reverse shipment fee of ₹99 for all returns and exchanges.
